Do I need to register before placing an order?

You are not obliged to register before placing an order. In other words, you can check out with a customer account or as a guest.

 

What happens if my item is out of stock?

For our popular item, it might go out of stock quickly. We will try our best to ensure the items displaying on our site will be available to our customers.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Gouerdan reserves the right to deny any return request.

 

Is there a local shop where I can check your merchandise in person?

At the moment, we don’t have any physical shops in any country. We’re a fully functional online shop. Orders are placed directly on our website.

 

 How long is the buyer protection time?

 If you do not receive your purchase within the stated delivery time (60 days maximum), a full refund or an exchange will be offered.

This is not applicable if your order did not arrive due to factors that are out of our control, or exceptional circumstances outside the control of sellers and buyers: e.g. if you refuse customs clearance, or because of natural disasters.

You may only apply for a refund or exchange within this buyer protection time. Please note that no refund requests will be accepted for any reason after this deadline had passed.

 

 I made mistake in my order, can I change it?

Please always double check if you have placed your order correctly. Please alert us about any modification requests maximally two days after you have placed your order (e.g. before the shipping starts). We cannot change anything in your order after it has been shipped.

 

Is it possible to pay in other currency than US dollars?

Every payment is executed through bank transactions, therefore the currency exchange is automated and fixed to the exchange rate of the National Bank. This is informative only, at the checkout it'll display the amount in USD.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. However, if it has already been processed, we cannot cancel your order.

 

What if I used a coupon but it wasn’t applied during checkout?

If you used a valid coupon but the discount was not applied to your order, please get in touch with us immediately. We will refund the discounted amount to your payment method as soon as possible.
